The Brief
The unit is a shop in the shopping centre that had been stripped to shell and core ready for fitting out. We were employed to fit the shop out to Boots hearing design with joinery, electrical, mechanical and decorations so that the shop could trade on completion.
Installation
Repair floors, latex over and lay carpet. Install new air-conditioning and ventilation bringing the connections from plant on the roof into the unit , making good to penetrations. Construct new walls for treatment rooms and staffroom. Install acoustic pods for hearing tests. Construct a glass consulting room to front of house along with reception desk and display cabinets and wall paneling. All decorations, lighting and soft furnishings to a completion for the shop to open on specific date.
