The Brief

The building is a portal frame building which was formerly a Toys R Us. The unit required some soft strip and then a complete refit into 9 Padel courts along with changing rooms, toilets and café area.

Refurbishment of Park

The building required some light strip out work which was carried out before fit out could commence. 9 Padel courts have been installed with glass & fence surround with mating and carpet to the surround. Existing female and toilets stripped back and re fitted with new cubicles and basins including flooring and decoration. New café area with flooring, furniture and back bar including plumbing and electrics for the server.

Heating and colling to this area. New lighting was installed for all areas and to the Padel courts. The front of the building, new signage and a deep clean to the front facade completely re painted to match the Padel corporate colors.
