New Exercise Studio

The Brief
Create 2 new exercise studios with overhead projectors for a virtual exercise classes with different scenery projected on the wall of the studio.
The Fitout
Create 2 studios built to a high acoustic detail so that there was no cross contamination to each studio or leakage of music into the surrounding rooms and building. The fit out consisted of –
- Full new mechanical & electrical systems
- Air conditioning/Comfort cooling
- Male and Female changing rooms with showers
- LED feature mirrors
- Access control
- Vinyl flooring
- Acoustic rubber flooring
- Glazed external & internal screens
- Joinery package
- Painting & decorating.
